Sea Salt&lt;br /&gt;2 T. Lecithin&lt;br /&gt;2 T. Dough Enhancer&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix&lt;br /&gt;Add:&lt;br /&gt;2 T. instant yeast&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;About 10-12 cups wheat flour&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;( can use part white if you want)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Knead in mixer for 15 minutes. Let rise until double. (I leave dough in the mixer, but cover and keep in a warm place. Oil 6 one lb loaves and oil the counter. Place dough on oiled counter and divide into 6 equal portions. Flaten with hand into a rectangle and roll into a loaf shape. Place in oiled bread pans and cover. Let rise only to the top of the pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min. As soon as they are done, butter tops and take out of pans. Let cool on cooling rack for 1 hour. (Another hint, never wash your bread pans. This way, your bread will not stick to sides of your pan.) (I love to eat it for breakfast, too.)&lt;br /&gt;3 cups flour&lt;br /&gt;2 Tbl yeast&lt;br /&gt;Mix well.  It will be a little runny.  Let it sit and 'sponge' for 10-15 min.  Then pulse to release air&lt;br /&gt;Add:&lt;br /&gt;4 Tbl. olive oil&lt;br /&gt;1 cup flour (to separate sponge from salt)&lt;br /&gt;On top of flour add:&lt;br /&gt;2 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;Mix/Knead.  Add flour a little at a time while mixer is kneading until the dough pulls away and cleans the sides and bottom of the mixing bowl.  (I didn't count how many cups this was, but it may have been 5-7 cups.)&lt;br /&gt;Knead 10-15 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let raise until double&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spread pizza dough in 1 3/4 - 2 lb size balls.  ( I did 4 large pan pizza's).  Oil the outside of ball and let it relax 5-10 minutes.  (Pizza will roll out easier if you don't knead it after it has relaxed)&lt;br /&gt;Oil surface of the counter.  Roll out to desired size and thickness.  Spread pizza sauce on top.  (I also use marinara or spaghetti sauce)  Top with desired toppings.  Bake at 450-degrees for 12-15 minutes.  If you are using a pizza stone, it is only 5-9 min at 500 degrees.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Garlic Chicken Pizza:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;saute:&lt;br /&gt;1 T. olive oil&lt;br /&gt;2 T. onions&lt;br /&gt;4 cloves pressed or chopped garlic&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp basil&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp oregano&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp. salt&lt;br /&gt;6 ounces chicken breast.  Break into bite size pieces as it cookes&lt;br /&gt;Saute until chicken is done then add:&lt;br /&gt;1 cup chopped tomatoes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spread dough with either pizza sauce or &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;alfredo sauce&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; and then spread the above chicken mixture over the top.  Sprinkle with with 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms, 1 1/2 cups mozzeralla cheese and  2 T. Parmeasan cheese.  Bake on a pizza stone for 7 minutes at 500 degrees.  ( I baked in a well oiled  large jelly roll pan at 450 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apple Dessert Pizza&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 cups sliced apples&lt;br /&gt;2 T. lemon juice&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 1/4 tsp cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup butter&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup bread crumbs&lt;br /&gt;1 cup grated cheddar cheese&lt;br /&gt;1 cup grated mozzarella cheese&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sprinkle sliced apples with lemon juice.  Place apples on a 16" pizza crust and sprinkle with the cinnamon and brown sugar.  Cut eh butter into the bread crumbs and sprinkle onto the apples.  Top with cheeses.  Bake on a pre-heated pizza stone at 500 degrees for 7 minutes. Add in 3 cups of flour and salt. Mix with hand. Knead and let rise 10 minutes. Melt 1/4 cup butter on a large cookie sheet. Roll dough using remaining 1/2 cup of flour to almost the size of a cookie sheet. Cut into 16 strips and then cut lengthwise. Put strips in butter and then turn over. Let rise in a cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes. Top with parmesan cheese, garlic powder and salad supreme. Cook at 350 degrees until golden (about 15-20 minutes)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*I LOVE these breadsticks becuase they raise so quickly and are great for Sunday dinner or during the week if you don't have time to make rolls. Add the granulated and brown sugars and continue beating until the mixture is no longer gritty when rubbed between your finger and thumb. Add the egg and vanilla and beat on low speed until blended.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix on low speed or stir with a wooden spoon just until blended. Add coconut and butterscotch chips, mixing or stirring just until blended.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Cook for about 15 minutes at 325*&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Makes about 4 dozen cookies&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;** When I made this recipe, instead of using all butter I did half butter and half crisco (1/4 butter and 1/4 crisco) this way the cookies are more fluffy. Also I kind of just added the coconuts and butterscotch chips to my liking. Personally, I think that they have you add too much of both.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Well I hope you like the cookies.
